Please note that after the second quote, a non-refundable admin fee of R900 will be charged. However, if you choose to book your flights with me, this fee will be applied towards the cost of your flight booking.

Important: Please ensure ticketed names and surnames are as per ID (domestic) or Passport international)| Minors (younger than 18) require unabridged Birth Certificates for any International Travel| Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of return| Passports must have at least three blank pages, not including the endorsement page at the back| It is the traveller’s responsibility to adhere to medical requirements and to obtain valid visas for all travel| Never travel without Travel Insurance.

Office hours are from 08h30 to 16h00 Monday to Thursday, and 08h30 to 15h00 on a Friday. All flight / booking confirmations need to be received by 14h30 Monday to Thursday and by 13h30 on a Friday in order to ensure same day processing.
Leka Travel does assist with emergency after hour queries, an additional fee could be charged for this service.

Leka Travel offer clients up to 6 options free of charge, thereafter a non refundable fee is charged, which will go towards the booking when confirmed. 

ALL commissions and fees charged / earned on a booking are non refundable. 
Please note it is the passengers responsibility to check themselves in for flights, as it is, at this point, that the airline will advise clients of any information that they will require to fly to their destination.

Please note Leka Travel helps with options for travel and do not provide the services offered / used by the travellers. Leka Travel or the consultant can not be held liable for any changes or short comings of service provider for whatever reason they may have. All quotes are subject to availability, change due to airfare increases, hotel rate increases, currency exchange fluctuations and any other unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice & OE. Errors and Omissions excepted. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing information provided, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. When we become aware of any such error, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible.

You accept these booking terms either by accepting them electronically, or signing the Booking Form to which the booking terms are attached, or by sending a confirmation invoice to you for the travel which you booked. You acknowledge that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and that you understand and have the legal capacity to agree to the booking terms. Your decision to make travel arrangements through us is voluntary, and is not made under duress. These booking terms and conditions were last updated on 17 June 2021.
